Hired as a Windows Systems Administrator Consultant for Pelican Products to troubleshoot, repair, maintain computer, scanners, VPN, and network infrastructure, and coordinate appropriate resource when necessary. Primary responsibilities included develop and setup of Group Policy and security access levels for Active Directory, and managed the Exchange infrastructure. In addition, negotiated lease and support plans, and developed rollout plans for system hardware, software, and peripheral equipment.
